All cancellation and substitutions must be submitted to the AALIYA HEALTH UK LTD, in writing,preferably by email to reachus@ahfglobal.co.uk or by faxing this to +9716 7471217. There will be no charge for substituting one person for another any time. Transfers however from one conference to another will be at the AALIYA HEALTH UK LTD absolute discretion.

The refund policy for accept bookings is as follows: Cancellations made 15 plus working days prior to the event – a full refund will be given. Cancellations made 8 – 14 working days prior to the event – fee refunded less £50.00 administration charge. Cancellations made 7 working days or less prior to the event- refunds will only be made  in exceptional circumstances and at the absolute discretion of the AALIYA HEALTH UK LTD.
